About Linda

I am a fully qualified and insured therapist with over sixteen years experience and I am a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists)

I hold qualifications in Reflexology (ITEC) Swedish Massage (IHBC) Sports massage (ITEC) and Aromatherapy Massage (ITEC)

I keep up to date with any developments in these therapies by regularly attending workshops for CPD (Continuous Professional Development).

I am now studying with the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) in their Diploma for Antenatal Education to educate couples during their pregnancy and to help them prepare for their birthing experience.

The advanced training I've studied in Maternity Reflexology with Susanne Enzer and Pregnancy massage (APNT) with Suzanne Yates included detailed case studies to enable me to obtain my qualifications.

I am very enthusiastic about this special time in a couples' lives and have a special interest in pre conception and fertility. I believe that complementary therapies can have a very powerful effect on our bodies enabling you to become more relaxed and balanced, giving you the ideal conditions for conception.
